Question #1: Can I buy just the DVD or VHS from these seminar kits?

Unfortunately, the publisher does not allow us to sell parts of the kit seperately. The kit must be bought in its entirety. If you bought the kit from us and you need a replacement of the DVD, CD, or VHS, please contact us via e-mail or phone.

Question #2: Can you bill my church/organization or send me an invoice?

Unfortunately, we do not allow invoices any longer. Payment must be made in full at time of purchase. However, you can send us a check and we will ship your order out as soon as we have processed the check and verified your account. Click here for more information regarding payment by check.

Question #4: How quickly are my items shipped and what is the cost?

If you order your items before 3:30PM MST, we can usually ship your items out the same day. Order your kit through the shopping cart to ensure that your shipment will go out the same day. The quickest and easiest way to order is online through the Praise Store shopping cart.

Shipping rates are now based on a direct quote from each of the carriers we use (UPS and USPS) based on the weight of your order and distance shipped. To get a quote on shipping, add the items you plan on purchasing to your online shopping cart. Near the bottom of your cart is our shipping quote widget which will give you an estimate.

Shipping speeds are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• UPS Ground: 4-6 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select: 3-4 business days (not available for HI or AK)
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2-3 business days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1-2 business days

Canada Shipping:

• USPS Priority Mail International: 7-10 business days (estimated, may take longer)
• USPS Express Mail: 5-7 business days (estimated, may take longer)

Please allow extra time for Canadian shipments, as the USPS can take some time to deliver your package.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Carriers do not deliver or ship your items on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Saturday, your order will not be shipped until Monday.

Question #5: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

You are only required to pay taxes if you are located in the state of Arizona. If you are in any other state, you will not have to pay taxes on your order.

However, if your organization is located in Arizona but is tax-exempt, make sure you put your tax-exempt ID number in the comments section when you check out. We will refund you the full tax amount once we have verified your tax-exempt status.

Question #6: Can I get extra copies of the DVD when I purchase a kit?

We sell extra DVD's at $69.95 each. You can purhase them with your kit by sending us an email after you place your order at customerservice@praisestore.com. Tell us however many extra DVD's you would like to purchase and we will add it to your order. If you purchased your kit from us awhile back you can still purchase extra DVD's from us, but you must have originally purchased the kit from PraiseStore.com.

Question #7: I need more of promotional material that came in my kit. How do I get this material?
